Provider and scope

Services under the CryptoVolk brand are provided by sole proprietor Gasparyan Aleksandr Garikovich (the Provider). Business and contact details are available on the contact page.

These terms apply to the website, educational materials, analysis, digital services and guidance offered by CryptoVolk. Use of external platforms is also governed by their respective rules.

Paid services are intended for adults entitled to enter into the relevant contract. A contract with a person under 18 requires the involvement of a legal representative and compliance with the law.

Choosing a service, payment and access

Before paying, agree with the manager on the selected product, programme or service content, price, access duration and method, connection requirements and refund rules. Website descriptions do not replace the agreed terms of a specific order.

Payment is made using the details or payment link provided by the Provider. Keep your payment confirmation. Placing an order does not require sharing bank passwords, verification codes or access to your wallet.

Access is provided in the manner and timeframe agreed before payment. If access is not received or the service does not meet the agreed terms, contact the manager to investigate and resolve the issue.

Rules for using materials

Access to paid materials is provided for personal use. Without the Provider’s written permission, you may not transfer or resell access, or distribute, publish or record materials for sharing with third parties.

Rights to texts, images, logos, videos, software code and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Using the website does not transfer those rights to you.

• Do not violate the law or other users’ rights.
• Do not post illegal or harmful content, threaten members or insult them.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.

Education, analysis and trading decisions

Educational materials and reviews are intended for learning. Analysis, trading ideas, example trades and member results are not promises of income or guarantees of results.

Training, bots and copy trading do not remove market risk. Losing trades and loss of capital are possible. Users decide independently whether to connect a service and must consider exchange terms, risk settings and their own financial circumstances.

Personal consultations and guidance are delivered within the agreed service. Their availability does not guarantee financial results or transfer responsibility for users’ trading decisions to the Provider.

External services and personal data

Third-party services may be used for communication, education, payment and certain products. Their availability and rules are determined by their providers. Read their terms before using them.

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. Providing materials for a consultation does not authorise their publication in advertising; separate consent is required.

Refunds and enquiries

The request procedure and refund terms are published in the refund policy. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights under Ukrainian law.

If there is a problem with payment, access or service quality, give the manager your order details and a description of the situation. If the issue cannot be resolved through messages, send a written request to cryptovolk2014@gmail.com.

Liability and access termination

The Provider is responsible for fulfilling agreed obligations under the contract and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Access may be restricted for rule violations within the contract and the law. Ask the manager about the reasons and possible restoration. Restricting access does not by itself remove statutory refund rights.

If technical failures affect a paid service, the parties agree how to restore access or another remedy provided by the contract and law.

Changes, governing law and contact

Ukrainian law governs these relations. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or, if no agreement is reached, through the legal procedure. Negotiation does not deprive users of the right to seek protection in court or before competent authorities.

Updated terms are published on this page. Changes to general terms do not retroactively alter the price or other agreed terms of an already paid order without a proper legal basis or the parties’ agreement.
